I came into this world kicking and screaming.

A little one with big, brown eyes.

And a beaming smile.

They called me “Chu –Chu.”

Chu-Chu is my name.

A funny little name…

That sounds like a whistling train.

I cried in my sleep.

Oh, how I would weep,

Every time I remembered the cruel kids who tease.

I read a story one day at school.

It is a story about a little Choo-Choo train that could.

My eyes widened with surprise.

My face shined with delight.

It was because of the little Choo-Choo train…

That tried and tried.

Little one…

Who is as small as can be…?

Who is as shy as can be…?

You can do anything as long as you believe.

I now stood tall

I now stood proud

Every time they said my name, “Chu-Chu” aloud.
